Refund & Damage Policy

We do not refund any consumers for bottles purchased. In the event a consumer purchases a bottle(s) and the bottle has been broken/damaged we require the consumer to e-mail us at within 3 days along with proof of the broken bottles for review and consideration of shipping out a replacement bottle(s)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

There are no exchanges allowed. In the vent you receive a different bottle of wine from the one you selected during your purchase we will ship out the correct bottle.
